Environmental

The development, construction and use of buildings accounts for a large percentage of the total energy consumed.

As a responsible developer, we believe in supporting a sustainable future.

It is our policy to maximise the use of brownfield sites, negating the need to develop in rural, greenfield areas and it is our continuous aim to ensure that we design 'sustainable homes'.

Stringent waste management, recycling systems and intelligent procurement form part of every scheme we develop. We actively pursue policies relating to sustainable development through the reduction of our carbon footprint and pollution by auditing the materials we use.

Innovative solutions

Enhanced insulation levels, low energy light fittings and the use of timber from sustainable sources are just some examples of our commitment to environmental protection and sustainable development.
